Ayutthaya

Ayutthaya is an ancient city about an hour and a half north of Bangkok.  Ayutthaya is full of temple ruins and is completely surrounded by a river.  Walking around the ruins reminded me of walking through the Roman Forum in Rome, Italy.
Our first stop was Bang Pa-in Palace, a royal palace,  just outside of Ayutthaya.

Next we visited Wat Chai Mongkhon.
