Singapore

We just got back from my last big trip.  I know Singapore was quite some time ago, but I like to keep in order.  So, stayed tuned for the last big trip ( Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar).  I loved Singapore.  We didn't get to do as much as I had wanted/planned to do because I developed bronchitis  while there.  But we still had a blast.
We visited the zoo and the night safari.  We learned how to have a proper cup of tea and anything you thought you might ever need to know about it.  We visited a Hindu temple, a Taoist temple, and a Buddhist temple.  We visited the beautiful orchid garden.  We ate a lot of good food and had many yummy drinks.
We stayed at the Singapore Marriott and loved the location.  The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable.  What more can you ask for?
I don't have any pictures from the night safari (my camera was on the fritz).  But, I did get some cool shots at the zoo though.

Next up, temples.

I did love Singapore despite the bronchitis.  It is definitely a good way to ease into visiting Southeast Asia if you are a bit weary of the area.  But be warned, Singapore is very expensive, whereas, the rest of Southeast Asia is much more affordable.
Until next time.
